Samantha is a London-based artist, painting and drawing in her studio in Brixton. She has a BFA in Fine Art from Oregon State University and recently completed the Correspondence Course with Turps Banana Art School in 2023. She exhibits regularly in London and the UK and her work has twice been selected for the BP Portrait Award Exhibition (2016, 2018), the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition, the Ruth Borchard Self-Portrait Prize and Lynn Painter-Stainer's Award. In 2017, she was commissioned to paint Dame Valerie Beral for Oxford University for their project Diversity in Portraiture. She is a member of Contemporary British Portrait Painters.
